Look for others to follow rather than think for yourself and be sure that, when you pick that someone, you go for the person who puts on the best show. Razzle dazzle is the best indicator of leadership. Avoid anyone who appears to have knowledge of a particular topic. Embrace those who speak long and loud without saying anything. Shun all who exhibit any expertise or competence. This is the new law of the jungle.
