Shayla is an average woman, living day to day, but troubled by night visions and afraid to live more freely and fully. These visions are vague, frenetic and visited by spirits she calls "Mystics".
The Mystics seem threatening, but eventually Shayla realizes that they are trying to lead her toward a richer life - not in regards to money, but the wealth that comes with experience and facing her fears. The Mystics show her the different types of women she could be and Shayla chooses a path that settles her mind and brings her inner peace.
Shayla ultimately becomes… herself.
