Endurleysing by Asalaus
Endurleysing is a compilation of several live perfomances by Asalaus from the summer of 2021, in addition to three studio recordings. Asalaus started in the summer of 2020 as a summer project supported by Hitt húsið, an Icelandic culture centre for young people. The project consisted of writing music and performing it in various places in Reykjavík, Iceland's capital city. The project received support again in the summer of 2021, and Endurleysing is the result of that.
Endurleysing is a continuation of Asaleysing, another (semi) live album which was released in August 2020 and recieved a nomination for the Kraumur awards later that year.

Asalaus is the stage name for Icelandic musician and artist Ása ÖnnuÓlafsdóttir. Ása is a composer, guitarist, pianist and organist based in Reykjavík, Iceland. Asalaus has published two albums with pieces recorded live in various places in downtown Reykjavík. The first album received a nomination for the Kraumur awards. Ása is also a member of the bands Ateria and Gaffer ensemble.
