This feels like the most introspective song on the album for me. It’s an affirmation for times when that voice in my head pops up out of nowhere and says, ‘you can’t do this, you’re not good enough.’ Ever since I started producing music again my ads on social media grew vicious. The sales pitch for a lot of the things sold to musicians is, “You’ll never make it (unless you buy our product). They (social media) take your insecurity and sell it back to you as hope.
