When Chris, Paul & I were playing together I wanted to bring a new instrument to the mix (Chris already played guitar & mandolin) so I bought an Irish bouzouki. A few weeks later, Chris moved to Norfolk. One of the advantages was that I didn't know any chords on it so I could make them up. I wrote "Where is Summertime" & this one on bouzouki & when I learned what the chords were I knew I'd never have written anything like this on guitar. Go on – have a waltz.
